As a San Francisco wedding coordinator, Gia is the bridge between planning and execution, specializing in Wedding Day Management for couples who’ve planned their celebration and are ready to hand it off. It’s a different role from a venue coordinator, whose focus is the venue itself. Gia’s focus is the whole day.
Starting 90 days out, she brings the moving pieces together, builds your master production timeline, coordinates your vendors, and prepares everything for a seamless wedding day. After booking, couples get a venue walkthrough, and the night before the big day, Gia directs the ceremony rehearsal.
On the wedding day, she leads up to ten hours of on-site management with a setup assistant by her side, overseeing vendor setup and placing the personal details like signage, guest books, and place cards. Every package also includes a backup coordinator provision, just in case.
With more than a decade of event production experience in the Bay Area, she knows how to anticipate challenges, manage the unexpected, and keep the celebration moving without making the logistics your problem. Her work ranges from Symphony galas and Exploratorium fundraisers to intimate weddings, all events where timing and guest experience matter.
Gia takes on a limited number of weddings each season, so most couples book six to twelve months ahead, though shorter timelines are considered when the calendar allows.
