During the first look, ceremony, and reception, they step back and capture genuine moments as they unfold. Shantel and Will take time to understand each couple’s plans, priorities, and vision before the wedding. On the day, their calm communication helps everyone know what comes next, while their unobtrusive presence allows couples to remain present with their guests. They also work closely with photographers so both teams can capture the moments they need without getting in each other’s way.

Collections range from ceremony-only filming to full-day coverage with a cinematic highlight film and complete edits of the ceremony, speeches, and private vows. Depending on the collection, couples can receive two videographers, multiple camera angles, professional audio, coverage across several locations, and up to ten hours of filming. This creates room for both the sweeping view of the setting and the smaller reactions that can easily pass unnoticed during the day.

Every film is edited personally by Shantel and Will rather than sent to an outside editing company. They shape the storytelling, pacing, music, color, and sound from beginning to end, carrying the same creative intention from the wedding into the finished film. Professionally licensed music is selected to complement the emotion of the celebration, and the typical delivery time is eight to twelve weeks.

Professional cameras, lenses, and audio equipment are supported by backup gear and multiple copies of the footage throughout the editing process. The team is insured and can provide documentation when required by a venue. Licensed drone coverage is also available when conditions and venue rules allow, adding a wider perspective to coastal settings, vineyards, estates, and the surrounding Central Coast landscape.
